No, there are no contracts on any VoIP services - you may cancel at any time.
Can I bring my own hardware to Nexus Hosting VoIP?
For sure. Your device will need to be SIP capable, however. Please click here for BYO settings.
Can I fax on Nexus Hosting VoIP?
No, Nexus Hosting VoIP does not currently support faxing.
Will emergency services work on Nexus Hosting VoIP?
Yes, all emergency services will work, however, BYO hardware may need to be configured to allow this. Please call Nexus Hosting on 1800 005 854 if you have any questions.
What type of telephone can I use with Nexus Hosting VoIP?
You can use any phone with Nexus Hosting VoIP, however, you do need a VoIP to analogue box. This is listed on the Hardware page.
What type of internet connection do I need to use Nexus Hosting VoIP?
You can use most Cable / DSL internet connections, providing the speed is at least
512 down/128 up.
